Together for Hope
Together for Hope is a rural development coalition engaging the 301 counties of persistent rural poverty in America. Within these communities, Together for Hope holistically fights poverty focusing on four priorities of hope: Education, Health & Nutrition, Housing & Environment, and Social Enterprise.
Together for Hope - Delta is Together for Hope’s largest region of service and includes 95 counties of persistent rural poverty across seven states including Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
Delta Hands for Hope is a non-profit organization whose mission is to strengthen and enhance local community assets related to education, spiritual development, health, and recreation of school-aged children in the Mississippi Delta and surrounding areas. Location: Shaw, MS
Together for Hope Arkansas is committed to creating opportunities for young people to grow and succeed in Phillips County, Arkansas. Location: Helena-West Helena, AR
Together for Hope Louisiana focuses on East Carroll Parish and believes in the value of establishing partnerships with other organizations and individuals throughout the Louisiana and Mississippi Delta. Together for Hope LA regularly partners with Teach for America, AmeriCorps, and other programs made possible by the Delta Regional Authority, the USDA, and Louisiana Economic Development (LED).
